I am one of the lucky one's who had survived through a brain tumor!
I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of 7. I was always very frustrated because of what I had lost and, what I could no longer accomplish. I just felt hopeless, not belonging anymore, all by myself and lonely for over 20+ years!
In 2009 I got to know Children's Brain Tumor Foundation (CBTF). Through CBTF I've gotten the chance to go to CAMP MAK-A-DREAM in Montana as a camper and, even got to mentor/volunteer at the camp for many years. At this camp everyone was a cancer survivor. We are the same here. I have gotten very close with all, and they are now known as my family.
CBTF and camp had picked up all my missing pieces and have really turned my life around once again!
RIP my brothers and sisters: Corey James Mobley, Trish Singh, Jen Autry, Matt Snodgrass, Amanda Swecker, Daniel Henry, Brian Mckenzie, Peter Hebberd, Rosalie Ou, Johnny Cathcart, Andrew Dearborn, Melissa Bergman and, many many more.... :( Please help our family once again...... Thanks
