Help me make a real difference to a family
Please give what you can, every donation inspires me
At the age of 18 months I was diagnosed with encephalitis. With treatment and surgery still very experimental the doctors went on to become World know professors in the field.
I discovered long distance running as a coupling method after my mum passed away from ovarian cancer in 2012 going on to run my first London marathon in 2016 with her name on my back and in my thoughts.
After welcoming the birth of my son Tobias in 2019 I lost my dad to covid in late 2020 which pushed me to discover greater meaning in life and live each day to the fullest. I then ruptured my Achilles in 2021, shifting my focus from physical endurance to mental challenges. After months of recovery, physiotherapy and the arrival of my daughter Kiera I completed London marathon in April 2023 then ran London to Brighton 3 weeks later for the ultimate mental challenge of running 100k in a day.
Now running Chicago to help families through some very dark days and inspire others to live life to the fullest. Because you never know what our young people will achieve once they get out of the darkness and into the light of life.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for Children's Brain Tumor Foundation, Inc.
